In addition to providing an overview of person-centered planning\, they will share their experiences using the process to provide direction\, inspiration and succ essful advocacy for Bridget and many others.\n\nBridget will discuss her e xperience using person-centered planning to present at her Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings\, find her voice and help design her life .\n\nNancy will share how she discovered person-centered planning when Bri dget was a very young child and how it has been key to successful advocacy and inclusion.\n\nNancy has worked with individuals with disabilities mos t of her life and specializes in inclusive education. Bridget was one of t he first students fully included throughout her educational journey and is now advocating for inclusion and community-based living nationwide.
