  more about the program and the steps you must follow to apply. Virtual in
 formation sessions are available in English and Spanish throughout Decembe
 r and January 2023.\n\nEach session will provide:\n\n 	An overview of loss
  mitigation\n 	Mortgage basics\n 	The foreclosure process\n 	The ILHAF app
 lication process and program eligibility\n 	Other free resources\, includi
