 Sept. 30 from 1 to 2:15 p.m.\n\nSamuel Habib\, 22\, is an aspiring filmmak
 er and community college student. He is pursuing a career as a filmmaker a
 nd presenter. Samual is co-director of the New York Times Op-Doc "My Disab
 ility Roadmap" with his father\, Dan Habib\, who also moderates this webin
 ar series.\n\nJudy Heumann is a life-long disability rights advocate and r
 evolutionary.\n\n"Our Disability Roadmap" kicks off with Samual and Judy d
 iscussing a wide range of issues around transition\, including:\n\n 	Caree
 r pathways\n 	Higher education\n 	Independent living\n 	Advocacy\n 	Relati
