 Join speakers Chis Lau and Stephany Kunzweiler for an overview of the Abil
 ityLab\, the services it provides and how to access them.\n\nChris is a li
 censed social worker whose focus is on helping patients and their families
  throughout childhood and the transition into adulthood. Chris runs a tran
 sition group where teens and young adults learn independent living skills 
 such as:\n\n 	Cooking\n 	Community transportation\n 	Money and medical man
 agement\n 	Education and employment\n\nStephany Kunzweiler PT\, DPT\, is a
  pediatric therapist with advanced training in cardiopulmonary therapy tec
 hniques. She is passionate about working with pediatric and adult patients
  with neurological weakness who are working to wean from mechanical ventil
