 update on Oct. 12 from 12 - 1 p.m.\n\nPresenter Nicole Jorwic\, Senior Dir
 ector of Public Policy at The Arc\, is an accomplished special education a
 ttorney and an advocate for students with disabilities\, especially transi
 tion-aged youth.\n\nPrior to joining The Arc policy team\, Nicole served a
 s Senior Policy Advisor for the state of Illinois. She also has worked for
  the Institute on Public Policy for People with Disabilities where she ass
 isted the leadership of the state of Illinois in developing public policy-
 driven best practices in serving individuals with disabilities.\n\nNicole 
 is also a sibling. Her brother Chris\, 31\, has autism.\n\nRegister in adv
