DESCRIPTION:\nThe Northwestern Illinois Center for Independent Living (NICI
 L) and Equip for Equality are offering a free parent training session on t
 ransition services for individualized education program (IEP) students to 
 assist with life after graduation.\n\n\n\n\n\nThe training will take place
  via Zoom at 6 p.m. on April 20.\n\nThis interactive training will include
 :\n\n 	Discussion on transitioning from high school into real life and wha
 t to expect.\n 	How to advocate for your child's right to an appropriate I
 EP.\n 	How to ask for an age-appropriate transition test.\n 	How to ensure
  an IEP meets and works for your child's needs.\n\nClick on the Zoom link
