 icymakers interested in building a community of practice for the care of c
 hildren with neurodisability and medical complexity\n\nThe Collaborative C
 onversations with Families to Advance the Clinical Care of Children with M
 edical Complexities and Disabilities (C6)\, funded by The Lucile Packard F
 oundation for Children’s Health\, is hosting "Polypharmacy" on March 10 
 from 12 - 1 p.m.\n\nThis is part seven of a 10-part seminar series that bu
 ilds on an international study\, completed in 2020\, designed to highlight
  key clinical research questions for the care of children with neurodisabi
 lity and medical complexity (CMC).\n\nThis session will provide an overvie
 w of polypharmacy and a panel discussion focusing on shared decision-makin
 g in pediatric complex care with Sarah Carlson\, a mother of a child with 
 multiple\, severe disabilities and a family consultant for Family Voices o
 f North Dakota.\n\nShe also directs four intermediate care facility (ICF) 
 homes supporting 24 adults with severe disabilities.\n\nCarlson is experie
 nced in navigating the complex world of rural healthcare and services for 
 her own family and many other families in Western North Dakota.\n\nRegiste
