DESCRIPTION:&nbsp\;\n\nFree lunchtime webinar for transition-age youth with
  special needs and their families\n\nThe Illinois Life Span Program of The
  Arc of Illinois is hosting a lunchtime webinar\, "Post-Secondary Transiti
 on Planning and Services\," at 12 p.m. Dec. 15.\n\nThe presentation is for
  transition-age (14.5-22) youth with special needs and their families.\n\n
 The webinar will prepare youth for post-secondary education\, employment a
 nd independent living.  The training will walk through the development an
 d implementation of a student's transition plan\, what to do if your child
 's transition plan is not appropriate\, as well as special issues affectin
 g students of transition-age\, such as becoming a legal adult\, graduation
  and remote learning.\n\nPresenters are Emily Wilson\, Skadden Fellow and 
 Attorney\, and Amanda Klemas\, Supervising Attorney with Equip for Equalit
