 elp families and youth navigate the journey to adulthood.\n\nDSCC Title V 
 Transition Specialist Claire Cook and Northern Illinois Outreach Specialis
 t for Illinois Life Span Suzanne Aaron will lead these presentations.\n\n"
 Session One: Navigating Adult Systems" is on June 26 from 6 to 7 p.m.\n\nF
 amilies face new challenges and shifting roles as young people move toward
  adulthood. This session will help participants explore:\n\n 	Understandin
 g adult systems: healthcare\, education\, employment\, housing and communi
 ty resources.\n 	Strategies for balancing independence and guidance as fam
 ily roles evolve.\n\nThe presentation will provide practical tools to prep
 are for the future.\n\nSession One is for youth ages 12 to 15 and their fa
 milies. Families with children at other developmental stages are also welc
