 m 6 to 7 p.m.\n\nThis one-hour virtual event in honor of Rare Disease Day 
 will feature psychotherapist\, author and Usher syndrome advocate Rebecca 
 Alexander.\n\nAlexander's presentation will offer:\n\n 	Valuable insights 
 on grief\, boundaries and acceptance\n 	Mental health concepts and tools f
 or effectively supporting your adolescent\n 	Mindfulness exercises and tip
 s for nurturing caregivers’ well-being\n 	A question-and-answer session\
 n\nParents and caregivers of adolescents and teens living with rare diseas
 es will gain practical tools and leave feeling empowered and recharged.\n\
