 ois is hosting a lunchtime webinar on " “S.I.B.S: Where We Have Been and
  Where We Are Going” at 12 p.m. May 4.\n\nS.I.B.S. is Supporting Illinoi
 s Brothers and Sisters. The non-profit organization aims to provide suppor
 t to siblings of people with disabilities in Illinois by connecting them w
 ith information\, networking opportunities and resources to enhance the qu
 ality of life for their entire families.\n\nS.I.B.S. began with the dream 
 of one sibling and grew into the first established Illinois non-profit org
 anization in 2007 that supports siblings across the lifespan.\n\nWhile sup
 port and advocacy have been focused on parents and people with disabilitie
 s\, siblings have often been left out of the conversation. Siblings play a
 n important role in the lives of their brother or sister with disabilities
  and have their own unique needs and experiences that should be discussed 
 and addressed.\n\nS.I.B.S. strives to partner with people with disabilitie
 s\, parents and providers in order to advocate with our siblings so that w
