DESCRIPTION:&nbsp\;\n\nLearn what self-care is and why it is necessary when
  caring for others.\n\nSupporting Illinois Brothers and Sisters (SIBS) is 
 hosting a virtual presentation on self-care for siblings of people with di
 sabilities at 6 p.m. on Dec. 17.\n\nThis presentation will review what sel
 f-care is\, why it is necessary for our everyday lives when caring for oth
 ers and how we can implement strategies to take care of ourselves.\n\nPart
 icipants will complete a self-assessment and be able to identify areas of 
 improvement for their self-care. The presenter will share ways to help par
 ticipants practically implement self-care in their lives and participants 
 can share their experiences.\n\nPresenter Aubrey Thornton is a licensed cl
