 rdianship for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities

 tance with decisions\n 	Have not been determined to need a guardian by a c
 ourt\n\nPresenters Teresa Parks\, Krescene Beck and Adam Wiser will provid
 e an overview of the Illinois Guardianship and Advocacy Commission and the
  legislative background of the Supported Decision-Making Act.\n\nParticipa
 nts will also learn about the key components of the Supported Decision-Mak
 ing Act\, including Supporter Duties\, Supporter Prohibitions and the Supp
 orted Decision-Making Agreement.\n\nThe webinar will also include:\n\n 	Ex
