 needs.\n\nPACER Center is hosting a free workshop for parents on "Taking C
 are of Yourself." The virtual discussion is scheduled for 6:30 to 8:30 p.
 m. on March 9.\n\nParents can chat with other parents of children with spe
 cial healthcare needs for a reminder of the importance of self-care.\n\nTh
 e workshop will share best practices and help parents learn from each othe
