  with developmental disabilities\, families and others on the benefits and
  the importance of customized employment (CE)\n\nThe Illinois Council on D
 evelopmental Disabilities (ICDD) in partnership with training experts from
  Marc Gold &amp\; Associates (MG&amp\;A) is hosting part two of this free 
 CE webinar series on Dec. 15 from 10 - 11:30 a.m.\n\nThis session builds o
 ff the fundamental concepts that were discussed in webinar one (visit the 
 ICDD website for the recording) regarding CE\, the belief that all people\
 , regardless of their disabilities\, can work.\n\nCE is a critical concept
  for assuring employment for all and is based on learning when a person is
  at their best and translating that information into an integrated communi
 ty work environment that matches and meets the specific abilities of the i
 ndividual with a significant disability and the business needs of the empl
 oyer.\n\nThis webinar provides additional information and key insights imp
 ortant to the perspectives of the employment seeker and the important role
