 0.\n\nThe presenter is Tina Yurik\, director of the Illinois Respite Coali
 tion (IRC).\n\nThe IRC provides statewide information and referral to indi
 viduals across the lifespan. The IRC also has a DHS-funded in-home respite
  grant that serves 16 counties.\n\nWhen funded\, the IRC also has a statew
 ide emergency respite program. The IRC is built upon statewide partnership
