  Arc of Illinois is hosting a free lunchtime webinar entitled "The PATH to
  Real Person-Centered Solutions." The webinar is scheduled for 12 p.m. Feb
 . 11.\n\nLearn about the PATH (Planning Alternative Tomorrows with Hope) p
 rocess for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities an
 d why person-centered planning is at the heart of a self-directed quality 
 of life.\n\nPATH is a visual\, supportive process that provides individual
 s with disabilities and their circle of support a rich\, future-based plan
  based on the individuals’ gifts and talents\, preferences\, and needs.\
 n\nThis session not only helps participants understand the steps of the pr
 ocess but how it has affected lives and organizations. If you’re already
  familiar with PATH and MAPS\, this session will include updates and new t
