  individualized transition planning and services\n\nFamily Matters Parent 
 Training &amp\; Information Center is hosting a training webinar on "Your 
 Child's Right to Appropriate Transition Services." It is scheduled for 12 
 p.m. Oct. 27.\n\nAppropriate transition planning and services prepare stud
 ents for life after high school so that they may live independently\, go o
 n to further education or training\, work\, and participate in the communi
 ty.\n\nThis training will focus on your child's right to appropriate\, ind
 ividualized transition planning and services\, what this plan and services
  may look like\, and what to do if your child is not receiving these servi
