DESCRIPTION:Day camp opportunities for individuals ages 3 to 22 with disabi
 lities\n\nThe West Suburban Special Recreation Association (WSSRA) will ho
 st two sessions of "Day Camp Adventure Awaits 2024" from June 10 to July 2
 6:\n\n 	Session 1 - June 10 to July 3 (four weeks)\n 	Session 2 - July 8 -
 26 (three weeks)\n\nWSSRA serves campers who live within the boundaries of
  the following communities and entities:\n\n 	Village of Harwood Heights\n
  	Village of Elmwood Park\n 	Village of North Riverside\n 	Village of Rive
 rside\n 	Berwyn Park District\n 	Park District of Forest Park\n 	Park Dist
 rict Franklin Park\n 	Norridge Park District\n 	North Berwyn Park District
 \n 	Park District of Oak Park\n 	River Forest Park District\n 	Veterans Pa
 rk District\n\nCampers will enjoy a wide variety of indoor and outdoor act
 ivities.\n\nWSSRA assigns campers to a site based on their age and individ
 ual needs. Typically\, sites are in Berwyn\, Oak Park\, Franklin Park\, Fo
 rest Park and Northlake.\n\nScholarships may be available for a percentage
  of camp and transportation fees. You must show proof of income. You can g
 et a scholarship application and more information on the WSSRA website.\n\
 nDoor-to-door transportation is available for an additional fee. Limited s
 pots are available.\n\nSign up for the day camp lottery. Lottery registrat
 ion is open until Feb. 25 at 5 p.m. Families will receive a notification e
 mail on March 1 to  find out if they are registered or on the waitlist.\n
