DESCRIPTION:Free\, all-inclusive evening for students with disabilities and
  their families to connect with community partners and explore options bey
 ond high school\n\nJoin the Sangamon County Transition Planning Committee 
 (TPC) and Springfield School District 186 for the 2024 Transition Fair "Wh
 at Comes Next?" on April 17 from 4 to 7 p.m.\n\nErin's Pavilion will host 
 exhibitors and a wide-range of opportunities for students and their famili
 es throughout Sangamon County to learn about important resources for succe
 ss after high school.\n\nTransition fair activities will include:\n\n 	Par
 ticipating in breakout sessions\n 	Connecting with community partners and 
 key resources\n 	Networking with other students and families\n 	Speaking w
 ith representatives offering a wide range of resources\n\nRepresentatives 
 from the University of Illinois Chicago's Division of Specialized Care for
  Children (DSCC) will also be on hand to provide information about our our
  programs.\n\nPlease stop by our table to ask questions and pick up a vari
 ety of resources for the transition to adulthood for youth and young adult
