Virtual Town Hall Meetings for Home Services Program (HSP) Customers and Providers

IDHS’ Home Services Program will host important virtual town hall meetings in May for program families and providers
The Illinois Department of Human Services (IDHS), Division of Rehabilitation Services, Home Services Program (HSP) will host a virtual town hall meeting for families/customers and providers on May 29 from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.
HSP will host three town hall meetings in May. Each meeting will cover the same information.
Town hall participants can share their input and:
- Learn about new services that may soon be available
- Hear about HSP’s intent to merge three Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Waivers (Persons with Disabilities, Persons with HIV/AIDS and Persons with Brain Injury) into one waiver.
- Talk with HSP leaders and provide feedback
Participants can join the May 29 meeting on Webex. You can also use the call-in option at 1-312-535-8110. The meeting code is 2869 203 6935.
American Sign Language (ASL) interpreters will be available. To request an additional reasonable accommodation, please contact DHS.HSPWaiver@Illinois.gov.
A virtual town hall meeting will also be on May 30 from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m.
